Unable to get into my account

I am unable to access my account and whilst the Q&A suggest using the chat line, if you can’t get in to the account you don’t have access to the chat line, how can I find out what the problem is

Well, what is the problem? Lost phone, no access to your old phone number, any kind of error message?

When I was living in America I tried setting up my revolut account. I registered, but the account went pending because it wasn’t possible at the time to have revolut in the states.

Left everything as it is and never used it.

Now I live in Romania and I am trying to get my account set up.

I have a different phone and a romanian number now have no access to my old phone number. I can not access my Revolut account. Never did.

It does not allow me to set up a new account with my romanian number. It recognises that I registered once and sends my verification code to my us number.

Please help. Thank you.
