Unable to create an account


My friend recently tried making an account, however each time he would be greeted by the following:

At the suggestion of support he tried deleting then installing the app again, which didn’t work at all. It’s not an issue with his number as he tried with another phone number from the same device and it also failed, at the end he had to sign up from another device then sign in on his primary phone. Not exactly the greatest start for a new customer imo


Where is he based? Where is his phone number from?


I’m in Ireland and having the same issue cannot access the account and getting he above screenshot


The same error from a friend that he received a reference from me.
