Unable to check my ID due to bad camera

Hi everyone,
I opened a Revolut Bank account in UK and asked to have the physical credit card. I received it, but I am experiencing issues to verify my ID and thus, using the credit card.
My phone is a bit broken, and thus, the front camera doesnt work well (the photos are quite blur). Hence, I can take a good photo of my passport with the back camera but not of my face, as the photo is too blurry. I wanted to know if there is any possibility to switch cameras or take the photo with another phone, in order to confirm my ID.

hmmm, maybe try to take a pictures using the other camera and send them these using in-app chat

and the other question. I can’t find in-app chat on my mobile device app.
