unable to add 1st topup via bank transfer

Trying to add first top up via bank transfer from uk to uk local in order to get card.
Only option being offered is SWIFT international information. Any suggestions? Live agent via app is 2 hour wait

Make sure your account is verified and then activate your GBP account.

To verify, it asks me to top up.
I have not been asked for any ID of any form.Is this the correct procedure?
