Unable to access my account

Hello,

I have tried to create an account on the app, but it’s been blocked for security reasons. I tap on Verify Account and it says it’s Pending Verification which it’s been stuck on for 5-6 days.

I went to the support section and talked to a guy called Yevgen. He said he would pass the ticket on to the correct team, but then I just heard nothing for the last 3 hours, after i typed a few more questions and nudges.

I dont mind if it takes a long time, it just feels like it’s being ignored at the mo as it said on his profile that his average resolution time is 1hr 3 mins.

I’m sorry if I seem impatient, I just want to get logged in and use the service.

Verifications seem to be taking a tad longer than 3 hours. However, the :r: team at Twitter usually can speed things up:
