Unable to access account

Hello, good afternoon.

I downloaded Revolut a few days ago in order to acquire an account with your company.

Unfortunately, as soon as I entered my name it says i already have an account with that details - wich i cant recall creating.

Currently or in the past i donā€™t own or ever had any revolut card in my name.

Please, Iā€™m requesting to cancel any account related to my name, as it was Not created by me.

Please get back to me asap in order to resolve this.

anon33247966 (AndreasK) is a former staff member of Revolut that isnā€™t active anymore in this community, that is why his account is anonymised (ā€œanonā€).

Can anyone help on access issue. I havenā€™t changed the phone nor simcard nor pin yet after latest update Iā€™m unable to login to the app. It shows that my phone number or pin is incorrect. Please help. Thanks in advance.
