I have instructed a payment to a UK account in my name from my revolut, and is still pending, the same payment has been done many other times and never took more than 15 minutes.
I contacted support, they said they’d push it and still nothing happened, now the agent is plainly ignoring my messages for the last hour despite the chat being still open.
As premium service it’s claimed Free Turbo transfers in 26 currencies… the concept of Turbo is no really clear to me at this stage and I am starting to think because there is nothing turbo in the support.
Also, the agent left the chat open, so I am stuck there and cannot contact anybody else! ridiculous
The chat support system, I am finding out, is pretty terrible alas.
