I’ve just tried 7 times over two days to pay my road tax online, before being told a few minutes ago that Revolut doesn’t support 3DS merchant verification, which, apparently, the DVLA requires. Revolut suggests that it’s card provides online payment security, but if you can’t tell which merchants will accept payments from it, what use is it?
