Trouble with registering

Hello,

I’ve had this problem since around last October. Whenever I download the app and enter my phone number and I’m asked to create a four digit passcode for my account, it says “We are sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try again later.” Is there any way to fix this? As far as I’m aware, my Android version (5.1.1) is supported by the app.

I’m trying to sign up from Hemel Hempstead, UK and facing the same problem, with the only difference that my phone is on Android 7.0.

Can I ask you some things out of curiosity?

  • Is your phone language set to English?
  • Was your phone bought in Europe?
  • Are your SIM card and phone number European?
  • Are you using any kind of VPN service or connecting from a public hotspot?

Hi:

My phone language is set to English
Bought in Europe, but made in China
SIM card & Phone number is British
Not using any kind of VPN and not connected from a public hotspot.
