Travelling to China, Chinese Yuan balance

Hi, I am planning on travelling to China.

I wonder whether I can spend Chinese Yuan in China via your Master debit card.

But I cannot find a way to add Chinese Yuan balance (account) in the Revolut app.

Can anyone help?

You can make purchases but you cant keep a balance in CNY.

But if I make a purchase, will they use my Sterling balance and automatically convert it to CNY using the Interbank rate?

What about withdrawing cash?

Yes, it will automatically convert it, however during weekends and holidays there is a surcharge.

The same for withdrawing, but take into account the withdrawal limit, after which you are charged 2%.
