Hi to all, I’m currently in Indonesia I’ve got 2 questions:

  1. my card is blocked because I had forgotten my pin. I found it in the app, but need to contact you to restore my card.
  2. what will be cheaper to withdraw cash: changing euros to IDR then withdraw IDR
    Or withdraw EUR and pay 2% fees?
    I don’t know what exchange rate will be applied to withdraw e.g. 100€.

My pin issue should be solved. Therefore can anyone advise on the second issue?

What will be cheaper to withdraw cash outside of EU:
changing euros to IDR then withdraw IDR
Or withdraw EUR and pay 2% fees?
I don’t know what exchange rate will be applied to withdraw e.g. 100€, therefore it’s hard to estimate in my opinion.
Also, I don’t know if I’ll be charged a fee by Revolution to withdraw money in Indonesia (even if I’m withdrawing IDR).

Can anyone help?
