Transfers stuck as Pending for 4 days

There is currently a problem on the Revolut system.

I transferred money to my bank account last Sunday and it is stuck as Pending. Support advise other customers are experiencing the same issue and are unable to advise when the issue will be resolved.

I am surprised that Revolut have not made an announcement about this.

I suggest you do not transfer money until this problem is resolved.


My transfer has now completed (after a lot of social media chatter), however I have no confirmation that the underlying problem has been resolved.

Perhaps Revolut would like to comment ?

I have had a pending transfer for 7 days now.

When I ask customer service they just say “it is a technical issue sorry”.

This is from GBP to AUD, it’s not exactly an exotic currency pair. If Revolut can’t get transfers right - their whole business model - how can they possibly be considered a bank?


I have a pending transfer since 19 of June
It’s in GBP to a Bulgarian IBAN
Multiple chats with support and I have not received an answer whats wrong or how long I have to wait
Just that I have to wait for the relevant team to review it but no timeframe given
Anyone have an idea what can I do?
