Transfer to wrong currency account with no reference number.

I’ve gave wrong CURRENCY ACCOUNT, SEK instead of EUR and my husband made a transfer from Deutsche Bank with no reference number as well. How can I receive money to EUR account? Do I need to send bank transfer screenshot or something to prove it was done?

You will need to contact support but expect it to take longer and to receive a smaller amount (when you convert SEK to EUR) due to conversion and transfer fees.

Contacted Support, solved my problem within 10 minutes. Received money, Robyn was very nice and quick.

They managed to reroute it? For future reference, what amount did you receive? Exactly what was sent or were there fees?
