Transfer to US accounts doesnt work


i have tried to transfer to a US bank account twice and both times it has failed. I have all the required details i.e. a valid routing number, account number and other details, yet after 2 days, it returns as failed. There robo-support is of limited use as I’d like to know why the transfer failed. I know the details are valid as I have transferred funds to the beneficiary before using “normal” banking means. Any help would be appreciated.
