Transfer to bank


I encountered a problem with a transfer.

But the problem is that it is difficult to manage via the telephone, because I have to copy the person’s answer on my computer and then translate it. And then repeat the same thing but in the other direction to respond.

Which takes a long time.

Is it possible to find a solution to manage my problem here in private or by mail? (As its I just have to copy / paste to do)

Having a desktop or iPad app in addition to the phone app would make the task much easier. Caxton FX offer this.
