I just did a transfer of money (EUR) from my Revolut account to my bank account. There were 3 options offered: Turbo transfer, Premium upgrade and a Free (slower) transfer. Turbo would have cost me 6 EUR. I chose the free option but according to the confirmation I got, this also cost me 6 EUR. What is going on here? Certainly it does not seem to be free, and why would I get charged the same 6 EUR no matter if I choose the slow option or the premium turbo option?
This transfer was in EUR to a bank within the SEPA area so according to the FAQ it should be free. And I have not exceeded the monthly limit of 6500 EUR for free transfers either.
