Transfer that i made not received by the recipient

Hello !

The 29th of November, i have made a transfer to a German bank.
But the recipient said I do not received the transfer.

His bank has confirmed there is no transfer for my Revolut Account.

I have asked confirmation paper from your assistance (Thanks to @patrycja) but it is not enough to the recipient bank.
Is it possible Revolut contact the receipient bank to resolve this problem ?

I confirm I have received the confirmation that Patrycja sent but it not enough for the bank recipient.
Could you contact them directly ?
