I made a transfer to my Revolut account on March 27th and it is still pending. I contacted your customer service via “Live chat”, which was very poor service, I’ve provided pictures and documents and I still waiting for a solutions.
I went to premium just to see if this helps but I don’t think this speed up the solution.
This is really disappointing! I need my money, it’s not fair you play with customers, this is a serious matter, it’s people’s money!
Which currency and from which country in what way, SEPA or SWIFT?
Transfer was made in EUR and Swift
Was it from outside the EU? Otherwise SEPA would have been better.
Anyhow, to which Revolut account and which currency did you transfer it? Was it euro and SWIFT or a different combination? Did you provide the required reference number in your transfer?
What did support say last?
