Transfer Payment Delays

I am disappointed, even concerned, that in this day of electronic efficiencies it takes between 2 - 5 working days for a Sterling transfer to reach my UK, Sterling Bank Account. Surely this has to be improved!

Please note that transfers are proceeded by our payment processor. It will currently take between 1-2 working days for a transfer to reach a bank account in the UK, and 3-5 working days for an international transfer.

Then you should change payment processor. The SEPA legislation enables all banks to do is within 1-2 days across the zone, so why shouldn’t you be able to obtain the same.
