Transfer has not arrived

hi
I transferred 10 CHF without using SEPA on Feb 21 and wonder why it has not arrived at Revolut.
BTW: Credit Suisse charges me 29 CHF for that transaction…
Is that because the BIC is wrong? LOYDGB2LXXX

EDIT
I’ve checked it ones again and- you used proper BIC which is LOYDGB2LXXX.
So you have to ask your bank about pricing…

Hey Gmarsolo

If you did a transfer that is NOT a SEPA transfer then it is called SWIFT. Revolut does not take a fee for receiving the money but other bank may take a fee for sending and intermediate banks might take a fee for processing.
