Transfer from US Revolut card To UK card

I have a GBP / Euro card. I am heading to Mexico in a couple of weeks.

I have a client who owes me US$ can he just do a revolut to revolut transfer with the US$ so that I can use it in Mexico?

He could, If he can open a Revolut account. Right now, Revolut is only available for EEA residents.
