I’ve made a SEPA transfer on january, 30, at 11.11 CET, from my paypal account to my revolut account.
I still haven’t received the amount, is that normal?

Does Paypal have a fee for cancled transfers?
No idea, but I don’t think so
If the money left PayPal (completed transaction) they can’t do pretty much anything, I have the exact same situation as you and so far the only thing I can do is wait until Monday.

Same here, two SEPA transfers from paypal missing…
Few users already have bounce back, but all of them made SEPA transfer from regular banks. This issue has started when Revolut registered thier second BIC for SWIFT transfers. This BIC has been distributed to a number of banks by mistake as SEPA BIC and it all began…
I had my money back, but with 3€ fees
It happened to me too. I think you’re also Romanian. Usually, PayPal transfers were coming instantly to my linked Revolut debit card, but now, the last transfer didn’t. It appears Completed on PayPal. I released the money Friday night. Did it arrive in your Revolut on Monday?

Since Friday, I didn’t got my money transferred into my bank account from my employer and I cannot transfer amy money to a third party Bank account with Revolut, something seems to be really wrong with their systems lately which is why I found a way to take all my money out of the App before anything major happens. By the way, it’s Monday and I still didn’t got my pay check…
Solved. It came as a standard transfer, not instant. I think it was my mistake. Thank you, Revolut! 
I have the following situation:
I have a virtual revolut card which I use on paypal and I usually keep it ‘freezed’ to avoid getting scammed.
Today I sent some money from my paypal account to my virtual card but I forgot to ‘un-freeze’ my virutal card first.
I noticed that my virtual card was freezed and i ‘un-freezed’ it but the money are still not in my account.
I have transferred from paypal to my virtual card before and it was done instantly (when the card was ‘not freezed’)
I don’t know what I should do in this situation since the transaction on paypal side appears complete but not on my revolut account.
Any help?
