Transfer didn't receive


I am from Monday triying to solve a problem with transfer, Rita use to say I have to wait 24h ir 12h for assistant, and when they answer is nearly 22:00, the time they close. If they tell me I have wait and I wait then Rita send again a message telling they didn’t know about me for a long time and they gonna archive! So what can I do?? I don’t know how they don’t have any telephone number to solve problems faster than here. I am so dissapointed with the service they offer
