Transfer 'completed' but not received

I made a 1450 AUD transfer on 12th November. According to the control panel the transfer was completed on 17th November, but the receiver has not received any money jet.
I’d appreciate it if you give me any information about this, as soon as possible.

If the transfer was completed (that means, executed) on Friday, it will take 1-2 working days to arrive. It should be arriving today, Monday, or tomorrow :wink:
