This is in place for clarity on the payment, it’s not broken. Likely to prevent fraudulent payments or errors.
Just explain what the business does and what your payment is for. If it’s frequent, add it to a note somewhere then copy and paste if you send regularly.

I am sorry if you feel this way. Certainly we don’t want you to feel annoyed for this.
Though I agree with @Carl_1460 that it will help you in future but I would like to inform you that these details are not mandatory. You can skip it if you don’t like to fill in the details. If you see these as mandatory, then I would recommend you to update the app once.
