Hi there, looking back at analysis and account list of transactions, I have noticed that some of them got missing. Are you aware of that bug? What’s behind it? This is sth it should never happen. Thank you for the feedback
As we solved the mystery with support, I am writing the solution here if somebody else got the same problem.
It seems the account went out of sync and did not refresh past (months old) transactions as it should.
All you have to do is: Logout (bootom of the screen)
from the Profile page and login again with phone number, sms code and wait for all the transactions to sync again
