Transaction notification stopped working


I was getting notifications to my phone with transaction details immediately after using my card both purchasing and at ATMs. If I wasn’t on WiFi at the time, the notifications would come in the next time I was on WiFi (I don’t use data in the US).
Now I am not getting any transaction notifications at all. I have checked the settings in the phone (S6) and notifications are turned on.
Is this service no longer available or do I have to do something with the phone?
