Transaction Denied-Account verification

Hello,
I’ve been trying to use my card since a week ago or so, but it keeps declining my transaction. I haven’t verified my account yet, but it says I only need to do it if I exceed the 250 pound/year limit. Is this true? Or do I have to verify anyways?

Do you have any error messages in the denied transaction, the messages are really clear ( ATM withdraw disable, online transaction disable… )
