Transaction declined- card blocked due to suspected fraudulent activity


Yesterday my card was blocked after I tried to make a purchase in the US. However 30 minutes earlier I was able to complete a much larger purchase 100feet away from that location. Yet, I was able to make a smaller purchase a mile or so away.

The support chat has been useless in resolving this issue. Since last night.

I need to be able to use this card to settle our resort balance today but I’m unable to do that until the card is unblocked.

I’ve loaded on £800 that I am currently unable to access. This isn’t acceptable.

Hi @Cpowell86767, one can easily reactivate a blocked card from within the app.
