Tranfert in pending , no feedback for the past 48h, this is unacceptable SOLVED



i have performed a large sum transfer to my account, which has arrived but been blocked in a pending state for now more than 48h since i raised it .

i have been told that a special team would be dealing with me however i still do not have any update or been advised which document to provide so they could perform the verification.

this is making me extremely anxious and worried about the money which is blocked and that cant be accessed. Can someone please provide a status or assist to unblock the situation as it’s becoming extremely worrying. i do not find acceptable that no ETA was given and that no one answer on the support. I sent a couple of screenshot to provide the origin of the fund i still havent received feedback, can you please advise urgently!!
