To topup using cards that require verification by mastercard does not work.

Hello, I have a very similar problem. I have tried to top up my Revolut account by transfering from my credit card from another bank, but it always says it was declined. I had a call with my bank and they said they did not receive any request, so the problem must be on Revolut´s side. Can you help with that please?
