Top up with PayPal Access MasterCard fails


I have previously topped up successfully with my UK bank Visa debit card, but when I try to top up with my PayPal Access MasterCard I get a decline message. I know I have a positive balance on the account - so what is going on?


That was odd. Changed my address to my work address and it was accepted. They must have my work address as primary. Not a Revolut problem at all!
