Top Up White Screen

I have been trying to top up my Revolut account and have a white screen telling me not to use the back or refresh buttons, it has now been like this for up to an hour
What is happening and how can I complete my request?

Same problem, the app goes white (screen) and freeze.

I uninstall it but nothing worked.

I am stuck
