Top-up via Bank Transfer delay !

I exprerience a problem, on the 11 of September I made a transfer to my personal EUR account and it hasn’t arrived yet. Trying support via the App didnt work as expected.
I can see the transfer was sent on 11th and I know that international transfers usually take up 3 working days. I am based in Greece.

Maybe @AndreasK can help me with this.
