Top Up stuck in Pending state

I transfered quite a large amount from Paypal 11 days ago.

The money has left my Paypal account.

In my Revolut account, it says the transfer is “Pending”. I understand Revolut have some kind of limit on transfers (not sure why they would accept my money from Paypal but not pass it on to me?).

I’ve tried the chat thing but nobody wants to talk to me.

Any ideas? How can I raise the limit in order to get my money?

You probably exceeded your top up limit. You can check out more about this and how to raise it in the FAQs :wink:

You need to verify your account from the Profile section -> Verification & limits.
