Top-up problem via bank transfer


Last 16th of May, I made a transfer to Revolut with the amount of 500€, I put the correct IBAN and SWIFT, but the beneficiary by mistake was Loyds Bank 57619741 instead of Revolut LTD
Since that I didn´t recived the money.
I contacted the support, but they couldn´t help.
Can you help me solve this issue.
