Top up - pending

Hi

A couple of quick questions, I have just downloaded the app, transferred £100 into the account and requested a physical card.

Question 1 - The app is showing two top ups, one that says completed and one that is in grey and says pending - is this usual / have i requested two top ups in error?

Question 2 - Do I need to verify my identity? This doesn’t appear as an option & in the verification & limits section is says my limit is £25,000 a year

Verifying your identity is always advised, you can also increase the annual limit by providing additional documents. You only topped up your account with 100GBP and in the app it’s showing twice? one successful and one grey?
