Top Up Limits - No Feedback from Support



I uploaded all neceessary documents for the verification of my funds. In other words, the support team knows my entire financial life.

Support guy said last week to escalate it to a special team, ever since then, I have no feedback or contact whatsoever.

This is becoming an issue as Top Up Limit is nearly reached.

What else to do? Maybe change provider and drop out from revolut?
