I just made a transfer which will be larger than my annual top-up limit. What do I need to do now to resolve the issue?
I have been waiting 30 minutes to connect with a live agent to try and resolve this issue. Definitely not the best with customer support.
Now waiting almost 1 hour and still no support.
If still nothing- try Twitter.(you can use Facebook too)
Not on Twitter but I am trying them on Facebook. Let’s see if there is any success.
