Hi there @AndreasK I have topped up my account yesterday without realising that I have reached the maximum top up amount. I cannot access this money now and no one is responding to me on the app, can someone help? I have sent docs to increase the limit but had no response. If I cannot get an increase will the money be automatically sent back to my uk acc?
