I need to increase my top up limit and the app requires that I submit P60s, bank statements showing money going in and bank statements showing top ups going out. However, my salary goes into a different account to the one I use for top ups. Will this prevent the top up process from happening? Will I have to change to do a top up from the account into which my salary is paid?
