top up limit decreased and reps not responding

Hi there,

I received several duplicate notifications like “your identity has been verified and your top up limit restriction has been lifted”. Then I found my top up limit decreased from 25k to 12k. Could anyone please check why this happened? 12k is basically useless for me. @AndreasK

The in-app chat is not responding at all, really frustrating!

Have you tried to ask them via chat in the app?

honestly the reps are not very helpful, and looks like I have to wait for a long time and then be transferred to the appropriate team, then again have to wait for a long time
