Hi @huynhducloi and welcome to the :r: Community

You should be able to top up your account with almost every bank, but there are a few things to keep in mind for the card to be accepted.

You can top up your account with Mastercard®, Visa® and Maestro® cards issued in supported countries. Unfortunately, American Express, Union Pay, PayPal, Cirrus Clabe and Discovery cards are not supported. Credit Card top-ups are not available.

Revolut doesn’t support card top-ups from the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic (CAR), Côte D’ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Egypt, Eritrea, Eswatini (formerly known as Swaziland), Ethiopia, French Guiana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mozambique, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Panama, Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste (East Timor), Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Uganda, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe and Russia.

You can read more about it here.

Hope this helps :star:

Is it definitely a debit and not a credit or prepaid card? If it is a debit card you probably have to ask support about your individual case.
