top-up declined but account have been debited

Tried to top-up today’s midnight by my HSBC debit card, top-up declined but the amount from my bank account have been deducted.
I called HSBC this morning they said I need to contact Revolut to ask them to send the money back…The problem is…There is no way I can contact any staff from Revolut, how come??? It’s a apps that many people are using and all transactions together are a great amount of money!!Please set a customer hotline and hire some people to help!

Try in-app support (more> help> write to us) then type live agent

It’s probably not deducted from HSBC, just blocked as pending. It should revert automatically.
