Top up card with bank transfer problem

Hi everyone. I send an amount from my bank account to revolut but after a week now money yet to appear in my revolut card. From the app chat everyone say that they can’t see the money yet.
What can i do? Anyone from you have the sme problem?

Thank’s for the answer. I chat already for my problem but no one can help me. They told me always to wait.

I do not know what else to do. How is it possible that transfer has not been seen for a week now.

Same problem here…
Transfer left my bank account on the 27th July and still nothing today (6 days so) on Revolut… The reference is on the transfer and everything (I’m doing this for more than a year)
If Revolut has an issue they should inform users…
Support chat is not helping at all…

Any help would be great !

I exprerienced the same problem also,
On the 27 of July I made a transfer to Revolut’s EUR account which arrived today 03 of August, after a lot of

chatting with Support…

They are working to solve the issue, it seems a lot of users are currenlty affected.
