Ticket stuck in support

Hi,

I recently sent a support request that I didn’t get the tracking number sms for my Revolut card.Also, I was told my previous inquiry about the top up limit is transferred to the verification team. It seems something is not going through, as I haven’t even gotten an answer from the bot.

Could you please check what is wrong?
