Thoughts about Revolut Premium?

I spoke to customer support as my premium card is “reserved” in app, but has not been posted yet, 6 days after applying for Premium. Customer support told me It could be another three months before Premium cards are shipped, but that my current card is already working as a Premium card. This is not an issue, I don’t really care what card I use - but I think the level of transparency has fallen sharply at Revolut. There should be a note on the website, and in app, stating Premium cards will not be sent out any time soon.
