I checked your ATM search in the app but in the information about the operator’s fees there is only “unknown”.
Therefore I hope that some user who was recently in Turkey will answer my question.

Most Brazilian bank branches only accepts their own card, but on small cities they usually have one specific ATM also connect to “Banco 24 Horas” with is the biggest ATM network and would accept cards from other banks.

Sometimes when the bank is on a mall, their ATM also accepts paying bill with cards from another bank, but not always allow withdraw.

But nowadays it’s easier to find an “Banco 24 Horas” ATM on a public place than a specific bank ATM.
