Hi there, my wife and me are scheduling a travel for next months. We both have a Revolut card, however, checking the app the physical card of my wife disappeared from it. Any idea what could have happened?
The card is valid to the next year.
Some weeks ago I received a message in my app for renew it , however she didn’t received any message.

The problem was solved after talk with support team on app. My wife card was one of replacement type of card on Revolut.
My wife had one of the old cards that were being replaced by VISA cards. Although I received a message to request the change, she did not. After talking to support and explaining the issue, they proceeded to replace it with the new one and it is already on its way.
