The in app chat is not working

I have been trying to contact you for nearly two days now have tried twitter and also the head of coms, it started with I wanted to verify one of my cards on my account, I was told I don’t have to be for security I wanted to. The details from the statement I enter kept saying incorrect I contacted support who closed it off instead of assisting me and now my account is blocked and I can only think the support chat doesn’t work or a bug when account is blocked as I have wrote loads of messages over last 38 hours and nothing and when I upload a screen shot it does it 4 times even tho I only do it once!

CAN SOMONE PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP TO GET THIS RESOLVED.

I am pulling my hair out trying to contact you

I know how you feel, you wait a couple of hours to get a reply from them and then when you finally get one, you might be unailable and they close the chat…only to start the entire process again!
